Anchovy Sauce for Dipping

I know lots of people aren't fond
of this flavor, but this particular anchovy sauce for fondue lovers
is really tasty. The flavor is wonderfully mild and brings out
the best in any meat, seafood, or chicken fondues.

There's no fishy taste and if you enjoy the salty accent of anchovies, you'll love this and will find that it won't last long.

What'll you'll need
- 2 tsp of anchovy paste (or more to taste*)
- 2/3 cup of mayonnaise

Add the paste to the mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate until you need it and that's it! How easy is that?

This recipe makes about 2/3 cup.

*Quick tip about anchovy paste:
If you are not familiar with strongly flavored ingredients such as anchovies, ad them to your sauce or dish in very small amounts. This enables you to control the taste and balance the flavors.

Find out more about how to make your own anchovy paste, particularly if you are feeling like you want to be more like Martha Stewart.
