Artichoke Parmesan Spread

   
 

Artichoke Parmesan Spread is another easy appetizer recipe that you can make the day before your party or event. It's especially good for a fun Super Bowl party or Oscar Night Festivity! It's tasty and your guests will come back over and over looking for more of it. The secret to this recipe is the chopped pepperoncini peppers. Absolutely divine.

What you'll need for this party appetizer:
- 1 3-ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini salad peppers (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh Italian flat-leaf parsely
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel (finely shredded)
- 20 crostini (toasted baquette slices 1/4-inch thick) or equivalent

First, in a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the artichoke hearts, olives, peppers, parseley and the lemon peel. Spread the mixture on the crostini slices.

This yummy party appetizer recipe makes 1 1/4 cups or 20 (1-tablespoon) servings. Too good!
