Avocado Sauce for Seafood Fondue
Who would have thought that an avocado sauce could be so delicious with seafood fondue? And it's so easy to make. If you are running out of time, you can always use frozen guacamole dip - with a few additions - in place of fresh avocados. Next time you want to try a new dipping sauce with your seafood fondue, I highly recommend you try this one. It's unusual, but so tasty. What you'll need: - 1 can (8 oz.) frozen avocado dip (thawed) OR - 1 small avocado (peeled) - 4 drops of liquic hot pepper seasoning - 1 Tbsp fresh or bottled lemon juice Here's all you do. If you are using the frozen variety, make sure hou thaw it thoroughly and mix the hot pepper seasoning and the lemon juice. Chill it. If using a fresh avocado, just mash it up or purée it in a food processor. Then add the hot pepper and lemon juice and chill it. This recipe makes about 1 cup.
