Heavenly Bleu Cheese Dip
Oh my gosh. I love bleu cheese and this bleu cheese dip hits the spot for me. I've served it several times and there's never any left over!
You can serve it with just about any kind of chip for this recipe, (I like making homemade potato chips!) for a chips and dip appetizer.
I think it works well when you serve it with your favorite vegetable dippers, crackers, OR use it to top baked potatoes next time you make them!
What you'll need: - 2 cups sour cream, 16 ounces - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon white pepper - 4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
This is SO easy to make and prepare ahead of time. All you need to do is combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper and stir it well. Then, add the bleu cheese stirring it in gently. Chill your dip for at least 1 hour and serve with your favorite dippers. How easy is that?
This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.
