I love making this Chai Tea Mix for the holidays and giving it away. But I also love making it all year round! The nice thing about this mix is it's easy to make, it makes a lot and you can serve it hot or cold. You can make it with just water or milk - either way you'll get a nice, rich, creamy Chai that will knock your socks off!

What you'll need:
- 1 cup of nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup of powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 cups of white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cardamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. all spice
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (SECRET Ingredient!)
What to do:
Get out a large mixing bowl and combine the milk powder, non-dairy creamer, sugar and instant tea. Next, stir in all the spices listed above. Finally, blend the mixture in a food processor or blender one cup at a time until the entire mixture has the consistency of fine powder.
To serve hot, stir in 2 heaping tablespoons of the tea mixture into a cup or hot water or hot milk.
To serve cold, follow the "hot" directions and then pour over a cup full of ice.
I can't tell you how many servings this makes, (I've never counted) but it makes a lot!
Yummy!
