Cheese Herb Dip
I love cheese dips. It's because I love cheese and I love dips. So, when I found this cheese herb dip and tasted how good it is... I knew I had a real party pleaser on my hands. It's a great way to cut down a little bit on the fat if that's important to you and not lose any of the great taste.What you'll need: - 1 Cup Cottage cheese (creamed) - 2 Tbsp Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp Milk - 2 Tbsp low fat salad dressing or mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp Green onions, chopped - 1/4 Cup Parsley, coarsely chopped - 1/2 tsp Tarragon leaves - 1 dash Pepper All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve with carrot and celery sticks or other vegetables. It's also great with chips like homemade flour tortilla chips or homemade potato chips.
