Enjoy!What you'll need: - 1/2 pound unsalted butter (softened) - 1 Tablespoon garlic (minced) - 2 limes (juiced) - 2 Tablespoon cilantro (chopped) - 2 Tablespoon rocoto chile paste - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - Salt and pepper - 4 ears fresh corn First, preheat your grill on high. Then, in a medium mixing bowl, combine the butter, the juice of the 2 limes, cilantro, chile paste, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Mix it well and set aside. Next, peel the ears of corn and put on the hot grill. Grill the corn until charred nicely on the outside. Serve with a spoonful the flavored butter on top. That's it! How easy is that? This recipe serves 4.
