Cocktail Sauce

I always think that cocktail sauce is only for shrimp cocktail. But, this recipe changed my mind, especially when I tried it with a beef fondue.

Of course, it is a beautiful addition to any seafood fondue too.

What you'll need:
- 1 very small clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup canned tomatoe sauce
- 1 Tbsp cognac (optional)
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Dash of liquid hot pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp minched fresh dill
OR
- 1/2 tsp dill weed

This is so easy it's hardly worth putting down on paper! Smash the garlic with a garlic press. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Chill before using, which means you can make it well ahead of time.

This recipe makes about 1 cup. Absolutely divine!
