Incredible Edible Eyeballs

This fun, Halloween recipe of incredible, edible eyeballs will make the kids giggle and it's good for them too! Not only will you be able to make these easily, you can make them ahead and "preserve" them in the refrigerator.

Halloween treats don't all have to be sweet! Have your kids help you make them an they will be eager to eat them too!

So easy to do... and if you are like me, you'll wonder why you didn't think of this before...

Slice the carrots up into 1-inch chunks. Top each slice with a dollop of cream cheese. Then top that with one half of a black olive and Voila! You now have a fun and spooky appetizer that the kids will love!
