Fall Fruit Snack Mix

This fall fruit snack mix has a fantastic flavor, taste and texture. It's very easy to make and is wonderfully good in its simplicity. And, it's a healthy alternative to some of the other butter-laden cereal-type mixes.

Make a statement with this mix at your next party or gathering. People will be asking you for the recipe. It's so simple, it's almost embarassing to put it down on paper - but of course, too good not to share!

What you'll need:
Citrus Banner 3
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 1/2 cups raisins (golden)
- 1 1/2 cups pear pieces (dried)
- 1 1/2 cups apple pieces (dried)
- 1 cup cranberries (dried)
- 1/2 cup cherries (dried)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.

Mix all of the ingredients together by placing them in a large plastic bag or even a storage container and shake and mix until evenly distributed.

Then all you need to do is bake the mixture on a cookie sheet or in a pyrex baking dish for ten minutes. Serve it up warm or cool and store in a tightly sealed container. Absolutely delicious!
