Pizza Crackers

Wow, making these crackers with a little pizazz is so easy and the kids go ga-ga for it. Try out this healthy snack when you want to give them something different than the regular ole granola bars.
What you'll need:
- 8 shredded-wheat type crackers
- 3 Tablespoons marinara sauce
- 3 Tablespoons mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tablespoons of ham (chopped)
What to do:
First, preheat your broiler or toaster oven.
Place the crackers on an oven-proof baking sheet. Next, evenly divide and top the crackers with the marinara sauce and the cheese. Top half of the crackers with the chopped ham.
Then, place the baking sheet in the oven and broil until the cheese melts (about 2 or 3 minutes.)
This easy appetizer recipe or snack serves 2 hungry kids.
Tip: You can also use chopped broccoli, diced pepperoni slices, chopped bell pepper or even pineapple chunks. Use your imagination and top the cheese and marinara crackers with your favorite items. So simple and so good to eat!
