Santa Salsa

This delicious and easy to make Salsa is a heavenly choice for a holiday dip! When you need a quick, but elegant solution for an easy appetizer, make this one. It takes all of 5 mintues to put together, but tastes like you slaved over it. Serve it up wih homemade baked chips, Corn Tortilla chips or your favorite dipper and you'll have the makings of a great party starter in no time.

The nice thing about this recipe is you can make it up ahead of time and serve it when you need it. Santa's elves can make it for you!

What you'll need:
- 1 10-oz jar of pepper marmalade
- 2 cups of diced mango (fresh if possible)
- 1/4 cup of fresh, chopped cilantro
- favorite chips

What to do:
Simple.

Stir all ingredients together except the chips. Place mixture in your favorite glass bowl. Serve with chips. Go to party. Eat and be merry!

This tasty recipe makes about 3 cups.
