Sauce Remoulade

It's true, fish or chicken fondues love Sauce Remoulade as a side dipping sauce. It's so delicious and really easy to make. All you need to do is set a little time aside to make it ahead of your fondue party or gathering and you'll be done! You can store it in the refrigerator well in advance of your party, leaving you plenty of other precious time meant for prepping...

What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tpsp finely chopped capers
- 1/2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped mustard
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 1/4 tsp chevril

Here's all you do. Mix it. That's it! Mix it and store it in the fridge. How easy is that?
