You've got a party to throw. You're running out of time! What do you make for an appetizer? Try this easy-to-make finger food. You can make them ahead of time, freeze them and then pull them out the day you have your party. Takes about 10 minutes of prep time! How easy is that?
What you'll need:
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 C. Pepperidge Farm Herb Bread Crumbs (stuffing mix)
- 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C. melted butter
What to do:
Simple. Cook the spinach as directed on the package and drain it well in a colander. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Form into small balls and freeze until firm. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve and watch them disappear!
This is a wonderful appetizer for New Year's Eve or any other festive holiday.
