Strawberry and Peach Salsa



A low fat diet does not have to be boring! Serve Strawberry and Peach Salsa next time you are craving something sweet, or what a chip dip recipes. It's so delicious you won't believe it. It can be served with jicama sticks as dippers, or it also tastes great with cut up cucumber in this low fat recipe. You won't be disappointed!

What you'll need:
- 1 cup peaches (diced and drained)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup jicama* (chopped)
- Squeeze of lime juice

First, combine the peaches and strawberries and add the onion and the jicama and squeeze the lime juice over all. Stir and refrigerate until you are ready to serve it.

Be creative with your dippers for this salsa. It's good with the fruit and vegetable type dippers and Baked Tortilla Chips too. It's a nice change from most salsa's and people will beg you for the recipe. Enjoy!
