Tartar Sauce for Fondue

Tartar sauce is the classic, yet fresh accompaniment for seafood and fish fondues. It's so delicious and really easy to make. All you need to do is set a little time aside to make it ahead of your fondue party or gathering and you'll be done! It's less calorific than most tartar sauces, because you can substitute yogurt for the mayonnaise.

You can store it in the refrigerator well in advance of your party, leaving you plenty of other precious time meant for prepping...

What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dry minced onion

Here's all you do. Mix it. That's it! Mix it and store it in the fridge. How easy is that?

This recipe is makes about 1 1/4 cups.
